Session One

The Kingdom of Eradis has fallen on hard times in the past few generations, and the only nice place left in the kindom is the city of Mer, next to the Northern Sea. This is the general area that the group comes from, and all of them have on this particular day travelled to meet the traveling merchants that have set up camp just outside the city boundaries.

Of course, once there, something bad happens. Princess Grandma suddenly collapses, because she feels like her stomach is on fire. As various kind hearted citizens cough cough rush to her aid, a couple of them notice something unusual.

Behind the Princess, one of the merchant tents seems to be full of rainbow, sparkly lights. Having written that down, I realize it sounds like someone made a Twilight-vampire into a tent, but I promise it doesn’t look like that at all. Anyway, the tent get brighter and brighter, and suddenly the world completely freezes, except for that tent, and the people surrounding Princess Grandma.

Out of the tent rush eight kobolds intent on killing anything that moves- which, thanks to the world stopping, is limited to six people at the moment.

A vicious fight ensues, during which a treasure chest is noticed next to the tent, Princess Grandma’s stomach stops feeling so much like it’s on fire, and much surrounding of razerclaw shifters occours.

Finally, the chest is opened, and at that moment, the entire world explodes, presumably doing some serious damage, although that is yet to be determined, as the group has been transported to a flat, featureless desert. The only thing in sight is a tower rising up in the distance.

There was some discussion about leaving the treasure chest opener chained up in the desert, as a reward for destroying the world, but that plan was apparently abandoned.

Session Two

Without anything else to do (apart from yell at Naturwissenschaften for blowing up the world, and they did plenty of that as well), the party set out towards the tower. The tower was an unremarkable building with a single wooden door leading in. The only interesting aspect were the red faces painted all around the base of the tower.

After pushing Naturwissenschaften through the door first, the group discovered a basic room with eight beds, a table and food.

A staircase went around the room and headed upwards, which Jill decided to explore while the rest took a short rest. The next floor held some extremely old weapons, and a door that seemed to glow from the outside. When Jill looked through the door, she saw what looked like the place Naturwissenschaften had just destroyed, although the city was missing and there were some extremely old fashioned looking people there.

By this time everyone else had finished their rests, and went up to join Jill in her exploration, although they did move a bed in front of the door to stop anyone else from coming in. They also locked the door to prevent anyone else from coming through. They continued up to the third floor, which had a typical feel for fantasy-era type civilization, such as the place they had just left. A space where a door should have been was located on this floor, although there was a large ‘X’ through it.

The fourth floor was decorated in a modern style, with a sturdy looking safe hidden behind a landscape painting. Jill managed to completely bypass the combination lock and the keyhole by blasting it with acid, although only after Naturwissenschaften had tried to tear it off the walls with his claws, thus ruining his manicure. Inside the safe (which was much larger on the inside than the outside) some items were found, as well as another face. This time, it was recognized as being the crest of the royal family of Eradis, and also as being arranged in a warding pattern. It also had some sort of connection to religion, but no one was able to make it. There was another not-door there.

On the fifth floor, even the walls of the tower were different, seemingly made out of a strange, smooth material that glowed slightly, although it was opaque. Like on the previous two floors, there was a not-door.

On the sixth and final floor, the tower seemed to have begun to crumble apart, with holes showing in the walls through which the desert outside could be seen. There was another not-door on this floor.

They went back down to the second floor, where they experimented with sending three people outside while three people remained inside. Although the door did seem to disappear as soon as it was closed, it also reappeared when Jill stepped into one of the mysterious faces which was found on the ground. The rest joined them outside, and as soon as they had done so, something crashed into Princess Grandpa.

Session Three

Princess Mononoke’s mysterious attacker turned out to be a unicorn, which was simply trying to show it’s affection for her. The unicorn and Mononoke instantly bonded, but the unicorn did not seem to like Jill.

A group of three people from the small crowd of nearby tenhe group agreed to join the caravan as they travelled towards Remu, but that night there was some drama as Jill’s sock turned out to be a cursed item that was keeping the unicorn from liking her. The unicorn was given to one of the people in the caravan, and the next morning they set out.

Around halfway to the city, Neturveschinshaften spotted a group of creepy looking, decomposed-looking mini-dragons flying towards them. After Jill unleashed a devestating magical attack, the dragons fled.

Session Four

Around half a day away from Remu, Princess Lauren’s stomach caught fire again. Luckily, Basch was able to heal her, but a mysterious number five appeared in red on her left wrist. The old man of the caravan, who had previously told the group about Vecna’s temple, mentioned that some southern tribes use tatooed numbers to specify how far a member of the family is from taking control.

The group continued on to Remu, but not before Neturvischenschaften dissapeared. Also, a tiefling caravan member named Jem started to follow the group. In the city, Princess Lauren and Fnipper robbed a hobo. Then, Princess Lauren found ‘a taste of bakery’, and gained five pounds eating free samples. At the same time, a tavern owner walked up to Fnipper and gave her a tavern- the Prancing Unicorn.

Princess Lauren went with Basch to the market to find hot guys and a mace, but were attacked by a cloaked figure, who seemed to dislike the unicorn. Lose the game. After defeating him with the help of Jill and Jem, they contined to the market, then returned to the tavern. Jill was in the middle of interrogating the attacker, who revealed that he was a follower of Vecna, and that Princess Lauren was considered a savior. His name turned out to be Patrick Luvre. Fnipper’s pastries caught fire, but she saved them.

The group decided to pray to their respective gods before entering Vecna’s temple. Basch’s god seemed strangely distant, and Fnipper’s god told her that she must destroy the chest. Jill went with Princess Lauren to watch her as she prayed to Vecna. While doing so, Princess Lauren was accidentally transported to a plane full of fire.

Session Five

Today’s session began with the group split up- Basch and Fnipper were at the temples of their respective god(esse)s, Jill was at the temple of Vecna, Princess was in an elemental plain of pure fire, and Jem was watching Fnipper’s tavern burn down.

At the elemental plain of fire, Princess learned that her parents had made a deal with Vecna in order to let her mother conceive. But in return, when the number on Princess’s wrist reached zero, Princess would be summoned back to Vecna to serve him for all eternity. Basch learned all this from his godess, an enemy of Vecna, what had happened to Princess, as well as a way to help her. A potion, developed 2000 years ish in the future, could sever Princess’s connection to Vecna.

Princess returned to the temple of Vecna, where she and Jill were attacked by novices of the temple. The unicorn burst in and rushed deep into the temple, where it found the chest it needed to destroy to save the world. Princess told it, “follow your heart”, and the unicorn destroyed the chest.

Princess and Jill were saved from the now angry novices by the timely arrival of Basch, who put out a torch and created a distraction to allow them to escape.

Back at the Prancing Pony, the three found Fnipper threatening Jem, because the tavern had burned down and although Jem had been trying to save people (and pick their pockets), Fnipper blamed her for the fire. The real culprits were some agents of Vecna who had seen the unicorn outside the tavern, but Fnipper didn’t care and told Jem that she wasn’t allowed to leave until Fnipper got her inn back.

Basch had gotten the ability to create portals to the tower from Avandra, so they returned to the tower. There, they found a new sock, which the unicorn approved of. Since the doors on the upper floors of the tower were open, they returned to the middle ages time. Princess’s guards took them back to the castle, where Princess confronted her parents and learned that they were either really stupid or under Vecna’s control. Jill told Princess to slap her mother, and she did.

They were all sent to Princess’s room, where she sent out royal proclamations saying that she hated her parents. They all climbed out the window and into a tree house/mansion. On the way there, Jem stole two silver candlesticks.

From a bishop.

session six

With the unexpected appearance of Hex and Keaton, the group was attacked by a dragon. Luckily they were able to negotiate with her, and gave away boxes of tampons in exchange for the dragon flying away. They then left because a guard was looking for the peincess to take her to her mother. She didn’t want to go without her unicorn and friends, so they ended up stripping a guard and trying some subterfuge. Unfortunately some other guards walked in and assumed something kinky was going on. The guards exploded and the princess’s number wenr down by one.

They all went to talk to the king, who was secretly a genius. He revealed that he was useless. So everyone went into the future (our present) and bought some clothes, and visited the black market.
